The essentials before you enroll.
Reservations & transfers
You can reserve your course for up to 6 months from the start date (extensions up to 12 months with approval). Changes or transfers must be requested at least 10 days before the training, and one course change is allowed.
Payments & refunds
Full payment is required before class begins; online courses require payment before group access. Payments, including enrollment and installments, are non-refundable. The only exception is if the Academy cancels the course, in which case you are notified and refunded or rescheduled.

Please wear the provided uniform or professional attire, follow the class schedule, and keep a respectful environment. Course content may not be shared or resold.
